I recently had a need for ordering cheap skip hire. Although I found it hard to know where to begin, I know fully understand how to do it. I want to show you what I learnt and how you can do it too. Although you may not need one now, you may do at somepoint.

People think that cheap skip hire is only needed by professional builders. This is not the case and you will often see a skip parked on someone’s driveway. I needed mine because I was changing to a landscaped garden. I was going to have so much waster that I would be able to dispose of it all without having to pay for it.

It didn’t take long before I knew that having the work done on the garden would require a skip. I had an idea about asking my friends and family about it but they couldn’t help. I couldn’t find any companies in the telephone directory so I looked on the internet. I used my checklist to discard a few companies.

My checklist was quite comprehensive enabling me to select the best cheap skip hire I could. I first thought about the distance of the company from me. I thought that is was best if the were close by. I know it wasn’t essentail but I wanted to be convered just in case something went wrong.

You then have to consider how long you want the skip for. I thought it would be best to have it for a week. Once you have decided that you have to think about delivery. Which day do you want it delivered and collected? You need to know beforehand the time of the day you want it delivered.

Once I knew my requirements it didn’t take me long to find a cheap skip hire company. I have to admit though I did make a mistake about the size. I didn’t really think too much about it when I was putting my list together. Make sure you do otherwise you will end up going to the tip like me!

I am pleased with how it all went. I am very happy with the garden and I am glad that the skip didn’t cause any hassles.
